PROJECT SUMMARY
- Bonhill Group Plc has many subsidiary companies. As a group, it was looking for a solution to meet its corporate financial reporting requirements. Together, the companies had the challenge of dealing with international markets, plus a variety of tax and accountancy procedures. They were initially managing their financial reporting in disparate systems. This meant that they could not drill down on their data in a centralised, integrated dashboard.
- Preparing multiple reports for all its subsidiary companies took a lot of time and effort and the data was often vulnerable. Bonhill wanted a system that not only had better reporting capabilities but also worked smoothly with its current system implementations.
- After mapping the requirements, Dogma Group proposed a solution which would centralise Bonhill’s scattered reports: Balance Sheet, Company-wise detail, G/L wise detail etc- in one interactive dashboard.

- Dogma Group scoped Bonhill’s requirements and identified a ‘best-fit’ solution that worked effortlessly with its CRM implementation and mitigated the need for any third-party solution. We developed the ‘Consolidation Report’ solution which integrated with PowerBI and strengthened its reporting capabilities.
- Consolidation Report helped Bonhill combine financial statements of its parent company and its subsidiaries for fast and efficient statutory reporting.
